Michael Gramm currently serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Underwriting Officer - Brokerage at PIVIX Specialty Insurance since May 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President at Futuristic Underwriters, where innovative insurance products were developed, and Senior Vice President of Insurance at Idelic. Michael's extensive experience in the insurance sector includes leadership roles at Hallmark Financial Services Inc., The Navigators Group, Inc., XLCatlin, Markel Corporation, AIG, National Interstate Insurance Company, and Big Moose Underwriting Managers. Michael holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a degree from Towson University.
