Ashesh Amin

Ashesh Amin has extensive experience in the apparel and fashion industry. Ashesh founded Pivot Apparel in 2020, where they currently serve as the CEO and Founder. Prior to that, they held various roles at Bombay Shirt Company, starting in 2012 as a Partner. In 2017, they joined an Apparel, Fashion, Retail, International Licensing, and E-Commerce company as the CEO, COO, Strategic Advisor, Sourcing & Production, M&A Consultant, and Entrepreneur.

From 2017 to 2020, Ashesh was the Chief Executive Officer at Jump Design Group. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Adrianna Papell from 2013 to 2017, where they managed a large team in India, China, and the USA, implemented cutting-edge technology, and improved production and development processes.

Ashesh founded ROTI Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. in 2007, where they provided advisory services to major textiles and apparel companies, supported e-commerce ventures, facilitated global M&A, and invested in and advised start-ups. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President (COO) at BCBGMAXAZRIA from 2001 to 2007, managing various aspects of operations and leading a team during a period of significant growth.

Ashesh also worked as the VP of Operations at Alstyle Apparel in 1999-2000, leading manufacturing efforts and implementing modern technology for increased efficiency. Ashesh started their career at J. Crew Inc. in 1992, where they held various roles and contributed to the company's growth from $160M to $600M. Throughout their career, Ashesh has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence in the apparel industry.

Ashesh Amin attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1992, earning an Associate degree in Fashion. Prior to that, they studied Financial Accounting and Costing at the University of Mumbai from 1985 to 1990, obtaining a Bachelor's degree. Ashesh completed their high school education at the Cathedral & John Connon School, earning an ICSE degree.
