Andrea Lugo-Torres

Andrea Lugo-Torres is a Field Trial Manager at Pivot Bio, with a background in Plant Pathology and Plant Microbe Biology from Cornell University. Co-founder and Editor in Chief of Women in Ag Science, Andrea has experience as a Research Scientist at Ascribe Bioscience and as an Agronomist at Valmar Farm. With a passion for agricultural science, Andrea has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University and conducted research on various agricultural topics. From their undergraduate years at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez to their Master's degree at Cornell University, Andrea's dedication to the field of agriculture is evident in their diverse experiences and roles.
