Krista Schwarze

Krista Schwarze, Ed.M, is a senior sales curriculum manager at Pivot Bio, where Krista develops learning strategies aligned with business goals and deploys training initiatives for sales teams and independent reps since June 2021. Prior to this role, Krista served as a sales curriculum manager and digital engagement program manager at Granular, leading digital education programs and training initiatives to enhance the adoption of digital tools among channel partners. Krista's experience also includes roles as an education manager and specialist at Granular Agronomy, an instructional designer at COUNTRY Financial, and an educator at Mahomet-Seymour and Decatur public schools. Krista holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Illinois University.
