Erik Bruner

Erik Bruner is the Director of Business Development at Pivot Energy, a position they have held since November of 2017. Prior to their current role, Erik worked as a Senior Residential Solar Consultant at Sunrun from January 2015 to November 2017. In this role, Erik was responsible for going on in-home sales appointments to close new business and provide an exceptional customer experience. Erik also worked as a Residential Solar Consultant at REC Solar from March 2011 to January 2015, where they were responsible for working with an inside sales team to respond to leads, and contact prospective customers to evaluate their Solar needs.

Erik has a long history of working in the solar industry and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to solar energy. Erik is passionate about providing customers with the best possible experience and works hard to ensure that they are getting the most out of their solar investment.

Erik Bruner has a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Erik also has an NABCEP Entry Level Certificate in Solar Energy from Red Rocks Community College. Lastly, they have a certificate in Electrical Fundamentals from Flathead Valley Community College.

Erik Bruner reports to Mat Elmore, SVP, Business Development. They work with Peter Rugg - Director, Business Development, Matt Brenn - Director, Business Development, and Suparna Kadam - Senior Director, Business Development.
