Kathy Krypel

Kathy Krypel has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kathy is currently the Managing Director at Pivot Point Consulting, where they oversee the operations of the company. Prior to this role, Kathy served as the Director at Covalent Health Solutions, where they led the Ambulatory Access Transformation program team, focusing on improving patient access through various projects. Before that, Kathy worked at The Chartis Group as a Senior Manager, where they managed projects for healthcare clients related to patient experience and electronic records systems. Kathy also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Healthia Consulting and as an Instructional Designer at Allina Hospitals & Clinics.
