Javed Fouch has a strong background in information technology and software development. Javed started their career in 2002 as a Programmer at Hagerty Insurance and worked there until 2006. Javed then moved on to Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, where they served as a Programmer / Analyst from 2006 to 2009, specializing in custom .NET software development and SQL database design and administration. In 2009, Javed joined K&L Gates as a Programmer / Analyst, focusing on similar responsibilities, and later became the Manager of Information Systems from 2010 to 2013. Currently, Javed holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Pivot Point International, which they have been in since 2013.

Javed Fouch completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan between 1998 and 2002. Javed then pursued an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Strategic Management, General Management, Marketing, and Statistics, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their higher education, Javed attended Traverse City Central from 1996 to 1998, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
