Daniel Schaeffer

Daniel Schaeffer has held a variety of roles in the software engineering industry since 2001. Daniel began their career as a Software Developer Co-op at Object Technology Inc. and a Software Developer Intern at IBM in 2001. In 2004, they became an Engineer at Robotic Research LLC. In 2006, they were a Robotics Engineer at RE2, INC. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Linux Engineer at TimeSys. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Senior Embedded Systems Developer at Matrix Design Group, Inc. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Senior Software Engineer at VerAvanti Inc. Since 2018, they have held the roles of Senior Embedded Software Development Manager, Embedded Software Development Manager, and Principal Software Architect at Pivotal Commware\u00ae.

Daniel Schaeffer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1999 and 2004.
