Eric Cole has been working in the technology field for over two decades with experience in network administration, IT support, configuration, and as a specialist in technology field services. Starting out as a Configuration Technician at GE Capital, Eric's career path led him to companies like Nicor Gas, Pinellas County Schools, and currently, Pivotal Home Solutions. With an Associates of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, Eric's expertise and skills have grown over the years.
