Mike Morawiec has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career in 1980 as a Personnel Manager at JOS. LAMB COMPANY LIMITED, where they established the HR department and implemented various incentive programs. Later, they joined Trane Canada in 1984 as a Human Resources Manager, where they supervised a team and was responsible for various HR functions. In 1998, they joined Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions as a Director Human Resources, providing strategic HR management to clients. Mike also worked as an HR Consultant at RGC in 2006. Most recently, Mike retired in 2017.
Mike Morawiec obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Western University between 1973 and 1975, specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Industrial Relations.
