Earl Breedon

Engineering Program Manager at Pivotal Systems

Earl Breedon has been employed in various roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Laboratory Intern at the University of California, Davis High Energy Physics Department, where they were tasked with creating early prototypes for the liquid purity monitor and building necessary hardware for the Davis Xenon experiment. In 2016, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at the same university, where they wrote python code to create theoretical test pulses for incident neutrons and gammas on stilbene at the SiPM output. In 2017, they continued in the same role and was responsible for creating an energy confidence test for a PIN diode detector for the Davis Xenon project. Since 2018, they have been an R&D Engineer and Lab Manager at Pivotal Systems, where they have dedicated their mechanical and electrical skills to hardware development and testing, and is in charge of accelerated life testing across multiple product lines.

Earl Breedon graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics.
