Erica Wood

Erica Wood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Business Partner at Pivotal Ventures since January 2019, Erica provides critical support to the President and leadership team, managing scheduling and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Prior to this role, Erica spent a decade at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, where responsibilities included trip development, briefing coordination, and event management for the President. Additional experience encompasses various administrative roles at Morgan Stanley, coupled with a background in performing arts, highlighted by ensemble performances at notable theaters. Erica holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Mannes College of Music.
