Karin Plastina

Karin Plastina is a seasoned professional in recruiting and program management, currently serving as a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist at Pivotal Ventures since February 2018. With extensive experience at Microsoft from 2004 to 2023, Karin held multiple roles, including Senior Recruiter and Program Manager for the Gregoire Fellows Program, where responsibility included the creation and management of the Legal Intern Program. Additional roles include Program Manager for the New Hire Coaching Program at Coppei and a Recruiting Consultant at Snowflake Computing. Karin also contributed to diversity initiatives as a Program Manager Consultant for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. An alumnus of the University of Oregon, Karin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
