Valerie Roberts

Valerie joined Pivot Physical Therapy in 2019 as the Director of Front Office Operations. Prior to Pivot, she was the Executive Director for Physician Practice Associates. She relocated to the DMV from Atlanta where she spent 16 years in operations with Eagle Hospital Physicians.

As Director of Operations for Pivot, Valerie’s responsibilities include developing standard policies and procedures for the Front Office, providing training for the Front Office, and collaborating with Clinical Directors, Area Managers, Front Office Managers, and Regional Presidents to ensure effective and efficient Front Office operations in all Pivot Physical Therapy Clinics.

Valerie is a proud two-time graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. She earned a BS in Accounting and later returned and earned my MBA.
