Mauro MacHado

Mauro Machado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the actuarial and commercial sectors. Currently a Partner at Piwi® since November 2019, Mauro contributes to the growth of an innovative startup focused on consultative solutions for clients. Previously, Mauro held the position of Director of Commercial - Pension and Medical Assistance at Mercer from August 1996 to January 2019, where responsibilities included the development of commercial strategies, portfolio management, and actuarial evaluations. Mauro’s career also spans roles as a Senior Consultant at Mercer, a Consultant at Willis Towers Watson's OneExchange, and an Actuary at Towers Perrin. Mauro holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Actuarial Sciences from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
