Demetrios Louziotis

Demetrios brings 35 years of real estate, finance and technology experience to his role of COO of Pix. Prior to his tenure at PIX, he continues to be a founding partner and COO of the Pavonis Group an investment management company that specializes in software and data solutions for the commercial real estate market.

Over his career he has been involved with asset management, business development, corporate real estate, education, lending, property management, research, risk management, strategy, structuring, technology, underwriting and valuation. Demetrios was previously the Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate Solutions Group at ARGUS Software, where he successfully led the initiative that resulted in the first industry instance of integration between market data and analytical solutions for commercial real estate.

Demetrios holds B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a M.S. in Real Estate from Penn State University. He has served as an adjunct faculty member in the real estate master’s program at NYU, where he taught international real estate for ten years.
