Satyak Joshi

Satyak Joshi has a diverse work experience in the field of 3D modeling, game design, and virtual reality. Satyak started their career in 2009 as a 3D Modeling Intern at MedWatchDoc India Pvt. Ltd., where they worked on morphing facial expressions of 3D characters. In 2012, they worked as a Technical Director at Dimentics Designs, managing and executing outsourced 3D modeling projects for venues in the United States.

From 2012 to 2014, Satyak served as a 3D Visualizer - Team Lead at Ticket Utils, where they managed a team of 3D modelers and was responsible for scheduling tasks, integrating venues, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

In 2015, they joined HERE as a Map Modeler 2, where their primary responsibility was to create realistic models of landmarks for navigation purposes.

From 2019 to 2020, Satyak worked as a self-employed 3D Artist and Game Designer, showcasing their creative skills.

Satyak then joined Allstate India in 2020 as a 3D Designer / Unity Developer, creating realistic 3D assets and environments for virtual reality projects.

In 2021, they joined i2e Consulting as a Senior Unity Developer / 3D Generalist, primarily responsible for creating medical tools and assets for virtual reality medical training projects.

In 2022, Satyak worked at PwC India as a Senior Unity Designer/ Developer, utilizing their skills in Unity and game development.

Currently, they are working at PIXACORE as a 3D Generalist, where they continue to demonstrate their expertise in the field.

Satyak Joshi completed their Master's degree in Animation, Games, and Interactivity from RMIT University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Media Graphics and Animation from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University from 2009 to 2012. During their earlier academic years, Satyak attended Saraswati Bhuvan High School, Aurangabad from 1996 to 2006, where they obtained their SSC (Secondary State Board) certification.

Additionally, Satyak has obtained additional certifications, including "Academic Integrity Awareness" from RMIT University in April 2019 and "Animaster Graduate Professional" from Animaster Academy-college-for-excellence-in-animation in May 2010.
