Nancy Howard

Nancy Howard is an experienced professional in human resources and technical artistry, currently serving as the Department Head for Technical Artists in Layout & Crowds at Pixar Animation Studios since October 2011. With a diverse background that includes multiple leadership roles in technical artistry and human resources across reputable companies such as Birkenstock, The Walt Disney Studios - ImageMovers Digital, Lucasfilm, Tippett Studio, and Industrial Light & Magic, Nancy has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, development, and management. Nancy holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico, complemented by further education at the University of California, Berkeley Extension.
