Previous roles include Interim Procurement Consultant and Head of Procurement at TalkTalk, Head of IT Sourcing & Supplier Management at The Co-operative Bank plc, and various procurement leadership positions across notable organizations such as MAG (Airports Group) and Turner & Townsend. Tom's career began in HM Forces, where logistics and supply chain management were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law from The University of Salford, an MSc in Operations Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, and an MBA in Logistics from Buckinghamshire New University.
