Tom Alford

Tom Alford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and project delivery services, currently serving as Managing Director and Owner of PPPManagement since November 2013. Previous roles include Interim Procurement Consultant and Head of Procurement at TalkTalk, Head of IT Sourcing & Supplier Management at The Co-operative Bank plc, and various procurement leadership positions across notable organizations such as MAG (Airports Group) and Turner & Townsend. Tom's career began in HM Forces, where logistics and supply chain management were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law from The University of Salford, an MSc in Operations Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, and an MBA in Logistics from Buckinghamshire New University.
