Gregory Pellerin's work experience begins in 1998 as a Corporate Sales employee at JavaNet. Gregory then moved on to RCN, where they were promoted to Director of Sales Operations and oversaw the growth of the commercial division. In 2001, they joined Connecticut Telephone as the Director of Commercial Services and was later promoted to Head of Operations. In 2006, Pellerin co-founded VertitechIT and served as the CEO, specializing in IT transformation for healthcare systems. Most recently, in 2017, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Pixel Health.

Gregory Pellerin attended SUNY Geneseo from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics.
