Kosma Dunikowski

Kosma Dunikowski is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as CTO and Hands-on Tech Lead at Pixel Technology since May 2014. Dunikowski has led the technical strategy to enhance development velocity and code quality, implemented an LLM-based code review process, and architected a self-serve MLOps platform for a multidisciplinary team. Prior experience includes roles as Senior ML Engineer, where high-performance deep learning models were developed, and as a Senior Software Engineer focused on medical image processing. Dunikowski began the career at Ragnarson as a Software Developer, specializing in Ruby on Rails applications. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology.
