Coral Nardandrea has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. They started their career as a Legal Aid Assistant at The Haven of RCS Domestic Abuse Shelter in 2014, where they translated police reports and managed a spreadsheet of clients. In 2014, they also worked as a Recruitment Counselor at the University of South Florida, where they managed a team of 30 women and facilitated team building strategies.

In 2015, Coral worked at Mid-American Review as an Assistant Editor, where they read and discussed poetry submissions, and copyedited and proofread publishable pieces. During the same period, they also worked as a General Studies Writing Instructor at Bowling Green State University, teaching writing skills to students. In 2016, they took on additional roles at Mid-American Review, including Winter Wheat Coordinator, where they managed a budget, facilitated the event, and coordinated guests.

In the same year, Coral also worked as a Writer at Tambourine, writing blogs for hotels and promoting events. They then worked as an Assistant Editor at Sweet: A Literary Confection from 2016 to 2018, reading submissions and collaborating with a team of assistant editors. Finally, Coral worked as a Senior Narrative Designer at Pixelberry Studios from 2017, leading game projects, communicating with team members, and monetizing fictional content.
