Shane Frostman

Shane Frostman has extensive experience in the manufacturing and safety sectors, primarily within the paper industry. Currently serving as a Paper Maker at Pixelle Specialty Solutions since May 1995, Shane has developed significant expertise in paper production processes. Previous roles include Safety Advocate at Verso Corporation, where responsibilities involved incident analysis and completion of OSHA training. Shane's tenure at Verso Corporation also included various positions as a papermaker and machine operator, along with leadership in safety and quality initiatives, such as leading internal ISO audits and directing Lean Six Sigma teams. Earlier career experiences include roles in food processing and retail environments, complemented by a diploma in welding from MidState Technical.
