Yossi Gutin has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Yossi began their career in 1993 as a Software Engineer at Amdocs, where they implemented the client-server engine for phone number life cycle management. Yossi then worked as a Software Engineer at Gtek for two years, followed by a nine-year tenure at Comverse, where they served as an R&D Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer. During their time at Comverse, they led a team in developing a server-side gateway with high capacity for multimedia messaging, managed multiple interfaces with internal customers, and developed an asynchronous communications infrastructure.
After this, Yossi transitioned to Check Point, where they worked as an R&D Team Leader, leading a team in developing a large-scale provisioning solution for Check Point devices. Yossi promoted the use of automatic unit testing in the group and beyond. Following that, they joined RSA Security as a Senior Software Engineer, where their responsibilities included developing a fraud prevention system in a SaaS environment. Yossi also empowered the software development process in the group by enforcing development life cycles, implementing wider use of automatic unit testing, and knowledge sharing.
Yossi then worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Customer Facing and Senior Software Engineer for four years. Yossi provided technical support for worldwide customers with an enterprise mobile platform and development framework in on-premises and SaaS environments. Yossi also conveyed customers' feedback to R&D for product improvements and conducted training sessions for customers and HP support.
After their tenure at Hewlett-Packard, Yossi joined Bank Leumi as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed a Language Monitor system driver extension to support visually impaired users. Yossi also provided pre/post-sales services from product definition to post-delivery.
Yossi then joined Cadence Design Systems as a Lead Product Engineer, where they provided technical support for worldwide customers with their chip verification challenges. Yossi also created training sessions for Cadence application engineers and conveyed customers' feedback to R&D for product improvements.
Currently, Yossi is the Support Systems Manager at Pixellot - AI-Automated Sports Production, where they provide technical support services to worldwide customers with their sport production challenges. Yossi also designed and developed the PANDA analysis tool with BI capabilities, which is used company-wide from management to support.
Yossi Gutin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. In 2011 and 2012, Yossi pursued coaching studies at Emotion, although the specific degree attained is not mentioned.
