Jacqueline Menezes da Silva

Jacqueline Menezes da Silva has a diverse work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Jacqueline began their career at Governance Tecnology in 2008, where they worked as a Quality Analyst. Jacqueline then joined DRM- Serviços De Consultoria in 2009, continuing their role as a Quality Analyst. In 2010, Jacqueline started working at Pixeon as an Analyst and Team Leader, where they remained until 2014. Jacqueline held the position of Quality Analyst and Technical Leader from 2014 to 2015. Jacqueline then took the role of Research and Development Coordinator at Pixeon, where they coordinated projects in the diagnostic medicine segment, managing large and medium-sized projects until 2021. Jacqueline is currently working at Pixeon as the Technology Manager.

Jacqueline Menezes da Silva holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Jacqueline later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jacqueline has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skill set. In 2018, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Jacqueline also holds the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC™) and Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) certifications from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, obtained in June 2020. Moreover, they obtained the DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate (DEPC™) from CertiProf in August 2020. Most recently, in December 2021, they acquired the OKRs certification from Qulture.Rocks Brasil.
