Monica Maltby has over 20 years of work experience. Monica began their career in 1999 as a Senior Online Media Planner for Fidelity Investments. In 2002, they moved to Conde Nast as a Corporate Sales Media Manager. After three years, they joined AOL as an Account Manager and was promoted to Senior Account Manager and then Head of Client Services. In 2010, they became Head of Client Solutions for O2 Media. In 2011, they were promoted to Director of Account Management Services at TagMan. In 2014, they moved to TurnTo Networks as Director of Customer Success and in 2015, they became VP of Customer Success for Pixlee TurnTo.

Monica Maltby graduated from Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychobiology.
