Sophia Ellert

Sophia Ellert has accumulated extensive experience in user research and customer service roles since November 2019 at Pixum, where responsibilities have included positions as User Researcher, User Research Working Student, User Research and UX Design Intern, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Sophia worked in Marketing and Product Management at M7 Group from February 2019 to August 2019. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science in business psychology from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2021, and also studied business psychology at Universidad de Viña del Mar in 2018.
