David Monghi

David Monghi has over six years of work experience in the recruiting field. From 2022-2021, they were the Lead Technical Recruiter at SuperRare Labs, and from 2021-2018, they were the Senior Technical Recruiter at Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company. At Rocket (getrocket.com) from 2018-2016, they held two roles: Technical Recruiter and Director of Business Development. David specialized in placing top Engineering talent across a variety of startups, and was awarded 'Best Submissions Partner' across all of 2020 and Q4 2020 Top Producer across a team of ~15 recruiters.
