Ana Maria Rodriguez

Ana Maria Rodriguez has extensive work experience in the food industry, particularly in food innovation and technology. Ana Maria served as the Chief Food Innovation and Quality Officer at Pizza Hut since January 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles at Yum! Restaurants International, including the Food and Culinary Innovation and Technology Sr Director, where they were responsible for culinary innovation, new product development, and successful launches in multiple countries. Ana Maria was also the Food Innovation and Technology Director for Latin America and PH International. Ana Maria is known for their multicultural approach, strategic thinking, positive energy, and dynamic personality.

Ana Maria Rodriguez earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 1991. Ana Maria later pursued a Master's degree in Science with a specialization in Food Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, completing it in 1994.
