Beth Kennedy

Beth Kennedy's work experience includes roles at Pizza Hut, Yum! Restaurants International, and RadioShack.

At Pizza Hut, they held the position of Sr. Director, Global Supply Chain and Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for policy setting, strategy development, supply chain functional excellence, and people capability building. Beth also managed the global food and beverage category, including negotiations, contracts, supplier development, and risk management.

Prior to that, Beth served as Sr. Director, Global Supply Chain at Pizza Hut, where they focused on supply chain leadership and was responsible for policy setting, strategy development, supply chain functional excellence, and people capability building.

Beth also held the role of Sr. Manager, Restaurant Excellence / Engineering at Pizza Hut, where they oversaw the international back of house operations, including equipment, layouts, and engineering processes. Beth supported new equipment innovation and new concept development and revamped the engineering processes and tools to standardize the operating platform.

At Yum! Restaurants International, Beth was a Sr. Program Manager, Operations, where they managed the KFC and Pizza Hut International Operations innovations programs, including new equipment approvals, software and technology implementation, and process improvements. Beth also led the Project Management Process for all Operations Forum projects.

Beth also served as Manager, Supply Chain at Yum! Restaurants International, where they led the food and beverage supply chain team for KFC and Pizza Hut in Thailand.

Prior to Yum!, Beth worked at RadioShack as a Planner/Senior Planner and Supply Specialist/Channel Specialist.

Beth Kennedy earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego in 2004. Beth later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Corporate Finance and Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, completing it in 2010. In 2016, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
