Mazen Soukieh

Mazen Soukieh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mazen started their career at Ruby Tuesday as a Franchise Coordinator and later joined Au Bon Pain as a Franchise Regional Manager. Mazen then moved to Agility, where they worked as the Director of Operational Transformation for Agility Logistics. After that, they became a Business Owner at Subway and held the role for three years. Mazen then joined Aramex as a National Accounts Director in New York, where they worked for six years. Currently, Mazen is serving as the Chief Development Officer at Pizza Hut, responsible for leading a team in developing and communicating the market plan and driving brand expansion.

Mazen Soukieh earned a high school diploma from Universal American School between 1980 and 1990. Mazen later obtained a BA degree in International Business and Marketing from Buffalo State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Mazen Soukieh has acquired several certifications including Franchise Management Bootcamp Certificate from the University of Louisville in 2022, Heart styles Certified Practitioner from Heartstyles - Personal Development, Business Growth in 2022, and Negotiation Training from The Gap Partnership in 2021. Mazen also holds certifications in International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert (IM&A) from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) in 2020, Project Management from Stanford University in 2007, and Change Management from Prosci in 2006.
