Nigel Henry

Nigel Henry has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nigel is currently the Global Director of Operations at Yum! Brands, where they lead global operations collaboration across multiple brands. Prior to this, Nigel held various roles at Pizza Hut, including Director of Product Management and Director of Customer Experience & Compliance. Nigel also worked at Yum! Brands as a Senior Manager of Restaurant Excellence and Compliance Manager. Before joining Yum! Brands, Nigel was a Technical Manager at Premier Foods. Nigel started their career at Maple Leaf Foods, where they worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager and Food Safety Manager. Nigel also gained experience at La Fornaia Ltd as a Food Safety Manager, Development Technologist, and Interim Quality Assurance Manager. Nigel began their career as a Laboratory Technologist at the Ministry of Health Dominica.

Nigel Henry completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology at Andrews University from 1995 to 1999. Nigel later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Safety and Control at London South Bank University from 2005 to 2007.
