Andrea Roberts

Andrea Roberts has had a successful career in the corporate and franchise operations sector. Andrea has experience in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Operations at Pizza Nova, Senior Director of Operations at Topper's Pizza Franchise Co., Director of Service Excellence at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership), and Area Manager at Teavana. In these positions, they have demonstrated expertise in optimizing sales, profit, and revenue growth, providing leadership and coaching to teams, building successful relationships with stakeholders, and implementing programs and systems to support growth and efficiencies. Prior to these roles, Andrea also held positions as a Regional Practice Advisor at dentalcorp, District Manager at Starbucks, and Divisional Manager at GoodLife Fitness.

Andrea Roberts completed a Certificate Program in Adult Training & Development at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Humber College from 1996 to 1998, studying Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management. In addition to their formal education, Andrea obtained a certification in the Global Leadership Training Program from CEO Global Network in July 2022.
