Mandy Kaur

Mandy Kaur has a diverse work experience in legal and administrative roles. Mandy started their career as a Finance & Administration Manager at Coventry City Council in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Mandy then joined Gondola Group Limited as a Contractor and later became a Legal Manager, working there from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, Mandy joined PizzaExpress as a Group Legal Counsel and continued in that role until 2016. Mandy was then promoted to Head of Legal at PizzaExpress, a position they held for five years until 2021. Currently, Mandy is serving as the Legal Director at PizzaExpress.

Mandy Kaur's education history includes a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree, a Bar Vocational Course, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law. Mandy also holds a degree in Vocational Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University and a CIMA qualification in Accounting and Finance from The Open University. Additionally, they completed the Irish Leaving Certificate at Rathdown Boarding School for Girls.
