Saad Aslouj has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Gérant restaurant at Pizzeria Locale since May 2021, and as Restaurant Manager at Casa Inn since March 2016. Previous roles include Chef de Rang at Sofitel since May 2012 and Superviseur restaurant at Coco Palm Restaurant & Café from June 2022 to February 2023.
