Matthew Franklin is a seasoned professional in transport planning with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Technical Director at PJA since November 2009, Matthew has held various roles within the company, including Associate Director, Associate, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant in Transport Planning. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Entec from May 2007 to November 2009 as a Consultant in Transport Planning and briefly at AAP Consulting as a Consultant in Town Planning. Matthew holds an MA in Spatial Planning from Birmingham City University and a BA in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
