Chantal Hendrzak

Chantal Hendrzak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chantal began their career in 1997 at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager for five years. In 2002, they transitioned to PJM Interconnection, where they held various roles. Chantal started as a Manager in the Applied Solutions department and worked there for ten years. Chantal then progressed to the position of Executive Director for System Operations, leading the team for four years. Following their success in this role, Chantal became the Executive Director of Advanced Analytics and Market Evolution, where they excelled for three years. Chantal'smost recent role at PJM Interconnection is the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Production Operations, a position they hold since July 2019.

Chantal Hendrzak has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and French from Albright College. Chantal also has an MBA from Penn State University. In addition, they completed a leadership program at The Wharton School.
