Dana Hiser

Dana Hiser has over a decade of experience in process and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineering Analyst I at PJM Interconnection since September 2012, with a progression of roles including Senior Business Analyst I and Product Support Analyst. Prior to this, Dana held positions at Captive Capital Corporation and Tri State Financial Group, focusing on sales support and customer service. Early career experiences include a peer educator role at Cabrini College and an internship at the Pan American Health and Education Foundation. Dana Hiser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Psychology from Cabrini University in May 2011.
