Jessica Lynch

Jessica Lynch serves as Associate General Counsel at PJM Interconnection, a position held since January 2021, after previously holding the title of Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining PJM Interconnection, Jessica worked as Counsel at Troutman Pepper and as Of Counsel at Troutman Sanders LLP. From May 2010 to March 2017, Jessica was part of Dentons, initially as Counsel and progressing to Senior Managing Associate, with a focus on regulatory matters in the energy sector. Jessica also gained experience as an Associate at White & Case and as a Law Clerk/Attorney-Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Jessica earned a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a BA from the University of Pittsburgh.
