Kenneth S. Seiler

VP of Planning at PJM Interconnection

Mr. Seiler leads PJM’s System Planning Division. Mr. Seiler is responsible for all activities related to resource adequacy planning, generation interconnection planning, interregional planning and transmission planning, including the development of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.

While at PJM, he has served in various management roles in system operations and information technology, in addition to system planning.

Mr. Seiler is on the board of directors for the Philadelphia Education Fund, which is the largest and most comprehensive provider of college access and career success programming in the city – offering services and resources targeting students, teachers, schools and the larger Philadelphia community. He is also on the board of PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc.

Prior to joining PJM, Mr. Seiler worked for Metropolitan Edison Company/General Public Utilities for nearly 14 years in various operations and engineering roles. Mr. Seiler earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College.
