Stu Bresler

Stu Bresler currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Market Services and Strategy at PJM Interconnection, a position held since November 2023. Bresler has over 29 years of experience at PJM, having previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Market Services where responsibilities included managing all markets operated by PJM, overseeing demand response operations, and integrating renewable resources. Starting in 1994, Bresler's previous roles encompassed Vice President and General Manager of Market Operations, focusing on market evolution and the integration of renewable and distributed energy resources. Bresler holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
