Ash Ngwena

Ash Ngwena has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. They began their career at Credit Suisse in 2008 as a Douglas L. Paul Scholar/Investment Banking & Prime Services Summer Analyst. They continued to work at Credit Suisse, taking on roles such as Analyst and Associate in Equity Research from 2009 to 2014. In 2015, Ash worked as a Summer Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. They then returned to Credit Suisse for a brief period before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions in 2016. Ash's responsibilities grew, and they were promoted to Vice President in the same department in 2019. In 2021, Ash transitioned to PJT Partners as a Vice President in Strategic Advisory before progressing to their current role as Director in Strategic Advisory/M&A in 2023.

Ash Ngwena obtained a GCE Certificate in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Mazowe High School from 2000 to 2005. From 2006 to 2010, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Mathematics from Manhattanville College. They then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they hold Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 securities licenses from FINRA.
