Mary Duggan

Mary Duggan is a seasoned professional in compliance and conflicts management, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Conflicts Management and Control Room at PJT Partners since December 2016. Prior to this role, Mary held various positions at RBS, including Managing Director in International Banking and Central Compliance Manager, demonstrating a strong background in banking advisory and compliance. Experience also includes a tenure as Director in the Compliance Department at Morgan Stanley, where policies related to conflicts of interest and information barriers were implemented. Earlier in Mary’s career, significant contributions were made at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as Sr. Vice President, leading the Investment Banking Liaison Unit within the Americas Control Room. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
