Robert Zivnuska

Robert Zivnuska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and advisory roles. Currently a Partner and Managing Director at PJT Partners since November 2013, Zivnuska manages client relationships and project execution in areas involving contested mergers and proxy issues. Prior to this, Zivnuska served as Director and Head of Corporate Governance and Responsible Investment for the Americas at BlackRock, where leadership was provided to a team focused on governance-related engagements with portfolio companies. Earlier roles included Senior Counsel at Barclays Global Investors, with a specialization in exchange-traded funds and mutual funds, and Associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, advising on mergers and acquisition transactions. Zivnuska holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
