Michael Ruddy has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Michael started their career at Outback Steakhouse in 2000, working as a Kitchen Manager until 2007. Michael then joined TGI Fridays as a General Manager and later took on the role of Interim Director of Operations from 2007 to 2015. In 2015, they joined PJW Restaurant Group as a General Manager, and in 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Operations.
Michael Ruddy obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Temple University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Montgomery County Community College from 2001 to 2003. Michael completed their high school education at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Michael Ruddy obtained a certification in ServSafe Manager from PJW Restaurant Group in May 2021.
