Craig Stack

Craig is the CFO of PK where he brings over 35 years of financial and management experience. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Grant Thornton where he specialized in technology consulting and auditing. After thirteen years, Craig then purchased a wholesale distribution business and was President and CEO for nine years. After growing the operation four-fold, he sold the business in 1999. He then moved back into the professional services arena building a management accounting firm. Craig leads the company’s global finance organization with responsibility for accounting, financial planning, and analysis, corporate tax, treasury and M&A.
