Daniel Laffin

Daniel Laffin is the current Managing Director of Financial Services for Concentrix Catalyst. Daniel has over 25 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, with a focus on the banking and financial services sector. Prior to joining Concentrix, Laffin was the Managing Director of BFSI for PK. Daniel has also held leadership positions at Infosys, Syntel, and CGI. Laffin began their career in 1995 as a Business Development Manager for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Daniel Laffin received a BS in Management Information Systems and Services from UMass Boston.
