Kirk Johnson

Kirk runs the Strategy and Design service line at PK, where he helps clients design and improve their digital experience and increase their revenue through sales, marketing and service excellence. He specializes in business and channel strategy, sales and service optimization as well as implementing the solutions he helps design. His industry experience includes online, advertising, telecommunications and software. He has worked with leading brands such as, T-Mobile, Concur, Expedia, HTC and Philips. Prior to joining PK, Kirk’s recent roles included Director of Consulting Services at Hitachi Consulting and Vice President of Global Client Service at Jobster.com.
