Marty Hughes has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Marty held various roles at PKC Group, including SVP & Chief Operating Officer - North America, Vice President - Sales, Engineering & Program Management - North America, and Customer Executive - East/Midwest Region. In these positions, they were responsible for sales, program management, and engineering, as well as new business development strategies and profit & loss management. Hughes also worked at Delphi, where they served as Customer Business Unit Director - Electronic Controls North America, Platform Manager - South America, and Global Quality Director, among other roles. Marty Hughes is a highly educated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, which they obtained from 1984 to 1987. Marty further pursued their education at Kettering University, earning a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management from 1991 to 1996.
