Prior to this, they founded Walnut Real Estate Consulting, providing consulting services for serviced apartments, short-term rentals, hotels, and pub restaurants & bars. Paul specialized in business development, asset management, and non-executive and board advisory.
Paul also served as the Vice President of International Development at BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, overseeing the company's portfolio expansion through various models in target markets. Paul played a key role in growing the MODE and STUDYO aparthotel brands in European and US capital cities.
Before that, they worked as a Business Associate at Buell Consulting Group and as a Director at Quant Capital Partners Ltd.
Earlier in their career, Paul held positions in property acquisition and development at Whitbread, Mitchells & Butlers, and Marston's PLC. Paul also worked in retail and leisure agency at CBRE.
